WNC Wild Cats Come Back Home on a Winning Note

The Wild Cats opened their Saturday Double header in Victorville, Ca. with a loss to
Grossmont
College by a score of 1-0, but rebounded in their second game of the day vs.
Lassen
College with an almost unreal score of 17 to 1.
The Wild Cats (4-1) faced a stronger opponent when the played Grossmont college, one of the strong teams in the area, but a 0-1 loss to an strong team is only an indication that the Wild Cats are at the same level as Grossmont. The game could have gone either way with seven saves by the Grossmont Keeper and 10 by WNC.
In the second game they faced
Lassen
College whom the Wild Cats beat by a massive score of 17 to 1. This is a bit of bad news for Lassen as they travel to
Carson City to play the first Wild Cats home game at Edmonds Sports Complex on Friday the 14th at 4 p.m.
On Sunday's game, the WNC Wild Cats played vs.
College of
Sequoias in the Victor Valley Cup and won the match by a score of 3-1.
The second home game will be the "Cat's" first conference game vs.
Salt
Lake
Community College to be played also at Edmonds Sports Complex on Sunday September 16 at 11 a.m.
