CCRD Announces Master 35+ Futsal Fall 2007 Season

The Carson City Recreation Department announces the Fall Men's Masters 35+ Futsal Season 2007.

After a successful first Futsal Season 2006-2007, the CCRD is ready to kick off the second season for the Masters 35+. The first year at the Masters 35+ division saw the participation of 7 teams where the Patriots Masters Futsal Team (CarsonSoccer.com own's) took first place.

The Game is played under the Futsal Federation rules and is a fast paced-high control game with smaller goals and played on a basketball size court.

Games will be played Friday nights at the Basketball court at the CCRD (across the pool by Mills Park) and the game duration is 2 twenty minutes halves with free substitutions. Rosters will have a maximum of 12 players per team that are 35 years of age or older.

Registration of teams is from September 5th thru the 12th at the Carson City Community Center Office. Team fee is $250.00 for a minimum of 10 games plus finals. A $20 referee fee per team per game is due prior to each game and is collected by the tournament coordinator or CCRD representative.
